All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been processed.
Damages & Issues
At Zvari, we take great care in ensuring that every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team at zvari.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return review, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Our team will carefully evaluate the issue and determine whether the item qualifies for a return, replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refunds
Once your return request has been approved and the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
